Working with Custom Shades of London was a very easy experience. Vanessa Vitta
was professional and knowledgeable as to what I required, and answered all my questions.
She was great. Ben, the installer, also very professional, and did the installation on time
and also did a great job. I would highly recommend them both, as well as Custom Shades
of London.

We are super happy with our experience at Custom Shades. Vanessa, particularly, was excellent to work with. We really appreciated their willingness to bring product samples to our house, so we could be confident about our purchase. It's a big investment to redo blinds on an entire floor.

I have Hunter Douglas power honey comb blinds that I bought10 years ago. The store went out of business. When the clip and battery holder broke Custom Shades were so helpful. They gave me the clip and the batery holder to replace the old ones. Ben was super helpful as was Patty. Customer service was absolutely amazing. Strongly recommend the for shades and shutters

The best customer service in London!

The store is beautifully laid out, clean and organized. Patty and Sydney went completely out of their way to help me with a couple of used blinds I had.

The merchandise is first class! If you want to be tested with kindness, respect and interest, this is your store!

Enhancing Your Large Windows with Custom Treatments

While the sheer size of large windows is a significant design element, their functionality and aesthetic can be further amplified with the right window coverings. Consider the impact of custom drapes, which can add luxurious texture and color, or the sleek efficiency of motorized shades. If your large windows sit beside sliding glass doors or angled windows, we can tailor matching solutions. Motorized options, in particular, provide unparalleled convenience, allowing you to control light and privacy with ease, especially for hard-to-reach areas. Exploring options like Roman shades or roller blinds can provide both style and practical benefits, such as improved insulation. Remember to also consider energy-efficient window coverings to complement the natural light benefits of your large windows and help manage your home's temperature.
