SoftTouch® Motorization is an innovative, battery-powered system that brings effortless, touch-and-go convenience to your window treatments. Replacing traditional, messy pull cords with an elegant, intuitive control wand, this system elevates how you interact with your window coverings while keeping your home looking sleek and modern.

Simple, Intuitive Wand Control: No complicated apps or remotes required. Gently pull down on the wand to lower your shades, or push up to raise them, and the motor instantly takes care of the rest.
Enhanced Child and Pet Safety: Designed completely cord-free, the SoftTouch® system eliminates dangling cords entirely, making it the perfect, worry-free solution for households with kids and pets.
Flawless, Clean Aesthetics: Say goodbye to tangled strings and uneven blinds. The streamlined wand stays neatly out of the way, preserving the clean lines of your beautiful custom window treatments.

Working with Custom Shades of London was a very easy experience. Vanessa Vitta
was professional and knowledgeable as to what I required, and answered all my questions.
She was great. Ben, the installer, also very professional, and did the installation on time
and also did a great job. I would highly recommend them both, as well as Custom Shades
of London.

We are super happy with our experience at Custom Shades. Vanessa, particularly, was excellent to work with. We really appreciated their willingness to bring product samples to our house, so we could be confident about our purchase. It's a big investment to redo blinds on an entire floor.

I have Hunter Douglas power honey comb blinds that I bought10 years ago. The store went out of business. When the clip and battery holder broke Custom Shades were so helpful. They gave me the clip and the batery holder to replace the old ones. Ben was super helpful as was Patty. Customer service was absolutely amazing. Strongly recommend the for shades and shutters

The best customer service in London!

The store is beautifully laid out, clean and organized. Patty and Sydney went completely out of their way to help me with a couple of used blinds I had.

The merchandise is first class! If you want to be tested with kindness, respect and interest, this is your store!
