Blind Maintenance & Warranty Coverage
- Year One (Initial Warranty Period)
- Service Call: No Charge (Free labor for repairs within the first year).
- Freight Charge: $50 if necessary (Only if shipping is required for repairs).
- Parts: Covered if determined to be a manufacturer defect, such as operating mechanisms, fabric, or hardware.
- Warranty Period (Extended/Subsequent Years)
- Service Call: $129 (Labor fee for on-site diagnosis and repair).
- Freight Charge: $50 if necessary.
- Parts: Charges for parts may apply depending on the specific manufacturer’s warranty limitations (e.g., standard “limited lifetime” often excludes labor after year one).
- Post Warranty (Expired Warranty)
- Service Call: $189 (Fee for service call, often including take-down and reinstallation for limited items).
- Freight Charge: Applied to all shipments.
- Parts: All parts charged at retail rates.
